Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze (1991)
The Turtles face their old enemies, the Foot Clan, who have been revived by a new leader. The villains get their hands on the same ooze that created the Turtles and use it to mutate a powerful new henchman. Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael must battle these new mutants and protect the last canister of the ooze from falling into the wrong hands.
