Based on the true story of Operation Anthropoid, two Czechoslovakian soldiers are parachuted into their Nazi-occupied homeland during World War II. Their mission is to assassinate Reinhard Heydrich, the main architect of the Final Solution and the brutal ruler of Prague. The film follows their planning, the assassination attempt, and its intense, tragic aftermath.
