Three female employees of a large corporation—a efficient office manager, a meek secretary, and a recently divorced newcomer—share a common frustration: their sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot of a boss. After sharing their grievances, they bond over a fantasy of getting even with him. Through a ridiculous misunderstanding, they get the chance to turn their fantasy into reality, taking control of the office and implementing progressive changes.
