Two escaped convicts board a freight train to make their getaway, only for the engineer to suffer a fatal heart attack. The train, now a massive, unmanned locomotive, hurtles uncontrollably through the snowy Alaskan wilderness. The fugitives must find a way to stop the speeding behemoth before it crashes, all while being pursued by authorities and battling each other inside the cab.
