A soldier wakes up on a commuter train in another man's body, part of an experimental government program. He is told his mission: he has eight minutes to find a bomb on the train before it explodes. Each time he fails, he is sent back to relive the same eight minutes, gathering more clues. As he investigates, he becomes determined to save the passengers and unravel the strange reality of his own existence.
