In a world regularly attacked by giant monsters known as Kaiju, Japan's Defense Force stands as the last line of defense. The story follows a group of rookie recruits in the Third Division as they undergo brutal training for a high-stakes reconnaissance mission into a newly emerged Kaiju zone. They must rely on their fledgling skills, advanced technology, and teamwork to gather crucial intelligence on a new threat, facing unimaginable danger in a landscape littered with the remains of past battles.
