A dishwasher and aspiring novelist becomes infatuated with a woman on the day of her wedding to another man. He is told she is completely wrong for him, but he sees her as the "right kind of wrong." Determined to win her over, he embarks on a quixotic and very public campaign of grand gestures, despite her being a successful adventure blogger who seems entirely out of his league. His relentless, often embarrassing pursuit challenges conventional ideas about love and destiny, forcing her to reconsider her own carefully planned life.
