A respected curator of a contemporary art museum in Stockholm is preparing for a major new exhibition titled "The Square," which promises to be a sanctuary of trust and caring. His own life begins to mirror the installation's themes when a series of events—beginning with his phone and wallet being stolen—challenges his privileged worldview and forces him to confront his own hypocrisy and the absurdities of the modern art world.
