During the Nazi occupation of Brussels in World War II, a man’s beloved dog, Wil, is brutally taken away by the Gestapo. His quest to find and rescue his loyal companion leads him into the heart of the resistance movement. He begins using his position as a butcher to secretly help smuggle Jewish children to safety, finding courage he never knew he had and becoming an unlikely hero in the fight against oppression.
