A brilliant but arrogant forensic pathologist, Kang, is investigating a series of gruesome murders of women. The prime suspect is a deaf and mute environmentalist named Lee. When Kang’s own sister becomes a victim, his professional detachment shatters. Consumed by grief and a thirst for vengeance, he takes Lee to a remote island to extract a confession through any means necessary. The trip descends into a brutal psychological and physical battle, where the line between hunter and hunted becomes blurred, and the truth proves more elusive than expected.
