A stuffy British fisheries expert is recruited by a consultant for a visionary sheikh who wants to introduce salmon fishing to the Yemen desert. Dismissing the project as absurd, the scientist is slowly won over by the sheikh's faith and the consultant's charm, finding himself on an improbable journey that challenges his rigid beliefs.
